What size is the mascot?
Mascots are typically built to accommodate performers between 5’5″ and 5’9″ in height, but they can also be customized to fit a specific person’s unique measurements. The ideal performer height may vary depending on the character’s design, and we will provide the best recommendation for your mascot.
What is included with the purchase of a mascot?
Each mascot comes with a custom-made carrying bag, equipped with a built in fan unit inside the head to exhaust heat and comes with a rechargeable battery pack.
How do you clean the mascot?
You will be provided care instructions specific to your mascot costume with tips on maintenance to get the most longevity out of your mascot. Our mascots are easy to clean, with the majority of the costume being machine washable. Simply turn costume inside out, place into a front-loading washing machine on the gentle cycle, COLD water and then hang to dry. For mascot heads and frame mascots, spot cleaning is recommended.
Do you offer a warranty?
We offer a 1 year, manufacturing warranty excluding normal wear and tear.
